Our Story
From Vision to Workforce Transformation
Engineering Women was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that organizations succeed when their people are prepared, empowered, and equipped to lead. Headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, we built our firm to serve the growing demand for strategic workforce development across corporate, government, defense, education, and nonprofit sectors.
From the beginning, our approach has been different. We don't offer off-the-shelf programs. Every engagement begins with a deep understanding of your organization's goals, challenges, and culture and ends with a customized solution designed to produce measurable results.
Today, Engineering Women delivers workforce development, organizational consulting, leadership programs, emerging technology education, and proprietary frameworks that help organizations across the country build the talent they need to compete and grow.
