Founder | CEO - Jamme Alexander
Jamme Alexander is a systems-focused founder and technology leader operating at the intersection of AI, engineering, autonomy, wellness, and human-centered innovation. With a background in commercial drone software development and training in machine learning, embedded systems, accelerated computing, and autonomous systems, she builds applied pathways that move ideas into real-world impact.
She is the Founder and CEO of Engineering Women, the Founder of Zen Event Services, and the Founder of Treez, a wellness brand centered on resilience, restoration, and whole-systems leadership. Jamme is also a Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot. Her work focuses on building scalable systems that integrate technology, wellness, and leadership for sustainable growth and long-term impact.

She holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and a PMP certification, is the Founder and CEO of BoostThru™, host of The Resilient Power TV show, and a global resilience advocate.

DR. IBEE ODUTULA - CHEIF QUALITY & WELLNESS OFFICER
Dr. Ibee serves as Chief Quality & Wellness Officer for the Freedom Facility, bringing deep clinical expertise and systems-level leadership to human-centered performance, wellbeing, and sustainable excellence. She is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in mental health, stress prevention, and integrative wellness.
As the founder of the DrIbeezlux Self-Care & Wellness Platform, Dr. Ibee specializes in burnout prevention, resilience, and optimizing high-performing leaders and teams. Her work ensures the Freedom Facility embeds wellness, psychological safety, and quality standards directly into its operating model, workforce culture, and community impact.

Wendy Kleinfeldt is the Chief Leadership & Performance Officer at Engineering Women, where she designs leadership systems centered on emotional intelligence, resilience, and sustainable high performance.
A leadership fitness coach and performance strategist, Wendy works with high-performing women leaders navigating burnout, overload, and decision fatigue in high-pressure environments. Her approach integrates mindset, emotional regulation, and physical performance to support clarity, focus, and execution.
Wendy is known for turning internal constraints into scalable leadership operating systems grounded in radical accountability. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and brings global experience across healthcare, consulting, government, energy, and high-tech sectors.
